Koen De Brabander has extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Having joined Banqup Group in 2020 as operational finance director, he successfully enhanced business growth and team leadership. Prior to joining the group, Koen excelled in various senior financial roles at BDO, KBVB, and as an independent advisor. Today, he combines his deep financial expertise as CFO with the strategic direction of the group as CEO ad interim.

Wim brings broad international experience across leadership, talent, and organizational development, focusing strongly on building environments where people, performance, and sustainable growth reinforce one another. Prior to joining Banqup, he held C-level roles at TNT-FedEx, GALA, and DPD-Geopost. He holds a Master’s degree in Germanic Languages, an MBA from Vlerick Business School, and serves as Academic Director and Professor at IE University in Madrid.

Mathias joined Banqup in 2020 to further develop the legal and compliance department and strengthen the corporate governance framework. He brings over 10 years of valuable legal experience in the technology and finance sector. Mathias holds a Law Degree from the University of Ghent, alongside a Masters of Law from the universities of Leicester and Antwerp.

David is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record in driving growth, digital transformation, and brand strategy within the technology and software industry. With years of experience in scaling commercial operations and positioning fast-growing B2B brands, he leads Banqup’s global marketing engine and manages transparent, impactful communication with our shareholders and the financial community

As the founder and long-standing visionary behind the company's early heritage, Hans brings over two decades of deep fintech expertise and entrepreneurial grit to the table. In his role as Strategic Advisor, he leverages his extensive industry network and technological insight to guide Banqup’s long-term innovation roadmaps and strategic market expansions.
